Before taking off in a plane, of course many would not even bother to hear or even look at the air stewardess when she/he is performing the safety equipments in front. But i find this example very significant. When the oxygen mask drops from the top compartment. Take for instance, we have our own child next to us. What would we do during emergency? No doubt the first thing we would do is to place the oxygen mask over our child. We do that because we love our child so much and wouldn’t want a single thing to happen to him/her. But what does the intructions say? You place the oxygen mask over YOURSELF before placing in on your child. Why so? Because we need to save ourself in order to save our child. So what if we really put it over our child first but we die in the course of it? Our child will be alone. Who knows what will happen to our child in times of chaos and massive havoc with people running around to save their lives.

In real life, this example is very relavant. There is a reason why people always say ‘take care of yourself before taking care of other people’. If you do not take ur feelings and emotions into consideration, how can you set an example and help your friends who are in need? This is not being selfish. This is being smart and alert of what is happening around us and how to react to these situations we are put in. Sometimes its so tough especially when that person is so close and dear to you. You always want to do something, comfort that person all the time, but don’t forget you are living your own life too and better to let go or you yourself will be burn out. When that happens, who is going to help your friend?

LOL. I don't know who still view my blog but for the sake of the 1 in a million billion million people who are still viewing, I've been updating my tumblr blog which u can view it HERE.

I’ve only scrap twice in my life so far =) I did it for two different individuals that are very important to me. While looking through my stuff the other day, I realized I actually got a big pile of scrapbook items that I have not touch. Since i’m so free these few days, I shall do something fruitful by decorating a photo~~album~~ frame with these scrapbook items. One of my church member is definitely my inspiration. She is so talented in this area. Her scrapbooks are simply nice and amazing. You can view her blog HERE In addition to that, recently I won a “big giveaway” from Jessy & her friends’ blog. So with that I have more decorative stuff to choose from. I feel so blessed! I’ll update a picture of the photo frame once i’m done! The pictures above are the gifts I won!

1st Day of Orientation

Yesterday I attended my first day of orientation.

The night before I said to myself I wanted to try the public transport, to see whether it will save time and bring me there faster. So I did, the next morning I reached the KTM station at 7.15am, waited for the train nearly 20minutes. Board the centre of train that is specially for ladies only. Everyone rushed in before the people in the train could come out, typical malaysians. It was so cramped up in the train and I endured that for another 30minutes because the train was moving so slow comparatively to the MRT train back in Singapore that I’ve been sitting for the past 4 & half months.

Glanced at the watch the moment I reached and realized i have another 25minutes to rush to UNI as it was going to start at 8.30am. I walked as fast as i could to the bus station only to disappointed the second time seeing the long queue. I waited another 15minutes just for the bus, which makes it 8.20am. Relieved that i might be able to reach uni on time. Back in Singapore, we used this “ezlink” card whenever we board the train or bus which makes it super fast, but here, I had to wait so long for the bus attendant to collect money from each person, sigh. As soon as I reached the front of the bus, the bus attendant shut the door right in front of my face!! I knew that instance, I wont reach UNI on time. “GREAT! on my first day and i’m already late”. So i waited for the next bus, and the whole cycle repeated again. To cut the long story short, I reached UNI 45minutes late.

I went inside and all eyes instantly were glaring at me. *Embarrassed* by the looks given, I quietly got a chair and hide my face. So orientation started by a few speech from some big shot lecturers with one string of titles before their names. Considering the fact I didn’t have a good sleep the night before, my eyes were just few mm to closing as each minute passed by. After tea time and lunch, the never ending speech continued … and after that we made our way to the new campus at Jalan University.

To cut another part of the story short, we visited this place where the medical students carried out their experiments on dead bodies. I was wondering why did they bring us there when we have nothing to do with that. Maybe they thought that this will make our expedition around the uni more interesting. SO YES! On my first day of uni, i saw this dead body floating in ice water. Few more bodies were there but we opted out before they opened the other covers. OMGEee what a horrible sight on my FIRST DAY.

Basically that was what happened. I made my home with public transport and don’t worry i am not going to bore u another time with the major weaknesses in OUR public transport system. This whole week is orientation, and i nicely skipped today’s orientation because I’m sick. :D cheers to more ~~exiciting~~ uni experience!

Dreams

:) Almost every night i dream. Last time when I was in school, I used to tell my classmates how many hours i spent dreaming in my sleep. They will say "Wah..how you know". And I will answer: I know lah..I go back to sleep after going to the toilet in the middle of the night, and when I wake up while dreaming, i know very well I started dreaming since the 'toilet time' & they believed me these whole time Hahaha.

I've been very inquisitive of how this dream thing work, whether it will make me more tired when i wake up. So today. I did a bit of research on it and look what i found.

Let me summarize:-

Stage 1 (Drowsiness) - This lasts just five or ten minutes. You are easily awakened when you are disturbed by something.

Stage 2 (Light Sleep) - Eye movements top, heart rate slows, and body temperature decreases

Stages 3 & 4 (Deep Sleep) - You’re difficult to awaken, and if you are awakened, you do not adjust immediately and often feel groggy and disoriented for several minutes. Deep sleep allows the brain to go on a little vacation needed to restore the energy we expend during our waking hours.

REM sleep (Dream Sleep) - At about 70 to 90 minutes into your sleep cycle, you enter REM sleep. You usually have three to five REM episodes per night. This stage is associated with processing emotions, retaining memories and relieving stress. Males may have penile erections, and females may have clitoral enlargement.

Well i didn't know that 'REM sleep' happens few times in a sleep. No wonder I've been dreaming so much in my sleeps. According to research, dreaming contributes in a good way to a human being. It stabilizes emotions and give you a happier mood when you wake up. However for some because their hearts are so troubled, they easily get affected with bad dreams and in the end wake up feeling hopeless.

Back to my question, a few answered that when you're in 'REM' (dream sleep), you have actually entered a good sleep. So it would not tire you, but for some they said the opposite.

Whats the ANSWER MAN!

A piece of advice: Sleep at least 7-8 hours per day. Because all the stages of sleeps happens to everyone regardless how many hours you sleep. So when you sleep early, you balance out all the stages and you wont feel tired the next morning even though you dream/don't dream. EVERYONE DREAMS IN EVERY SLEEPS whether u realize it a not :)

Have you watched Eclipse?

Don't worry Malaysians, yours coming out in 2days, be patient, i know how crazy you are over it!

Yesterday, after work, my colleague (Bridget) and I went to Bishan to watch Eclipse. Boss was on Medical MC, so we were able to end work right on the dot,.

1) We sat in the MRT comforting ourselves that we still have ample of time to do what we want to do before the movie. The old guy next to me shoot me a stare before i went out for some reason. Maybe because i was too annoying, laughing and peeking at his newspaper. Hey man, you suppose to share kays, don't be selfish! :D

2) As soon as we reached there, we practically ran straight to KOI Bubble Tea to get ourselves a large cup each. It's Dbest, I'll bring you to go and try if you're here! haha. As usual, there were a lot of people. So while waiting for our number to be called, we went to the shop next to get it and bought breads for dinner! =)

3) The moment we got our bubble tea, we hid it & the breads in our bags haha. We continue our Marathon to the cinema. We were so relief that we managed to reach on time to watch the advertisement.

4) While we were happily enjoying the advertisement we heard giggles behind our seats. At first we thought it was ok since the advertisements were quite ridiculous and funny. But after that, the giggles became more persistent, and loud. Hearing from the sound of it, definitely they are not from our generation or the older ones. When we turned, oh boyy! we saw little girls age from 9-11. Six of them sitting in a row.

5) The movie started.. Even at the beginning of the movie, when a kissing scene was displayed, the kids behind giggled as if they have not seen people kissing before. They went like "heheheh, eyer .. eeeyerr.." OMGGeee!! When i turned, i saw these few kids closing their eyes. In my heart i said "dont' lie to me, i'm sure you are still peeking at the corner of your eyes, so stop pretending and shuuussshh!" Gosh they were so annoying the whole entire movie. They walked out, they walked in. They could not do it gently instead they must knock every single one before they make their way out.

6) .themovie. It was OKKkk only, not as good as I expected it to be. It's too cheesy," Bridget said. As a matter of fact i have to agree with her. The words Jacob use in the movie are too good to be true. A bit unrealistic. As much as we girls love that kind of affection, this was just too sweeet. LOL. The fighting wasn't so drama, the Cullen killed the other vampires too easily. The whole story line was more to a love story than a battle :)

7) overall it was not bad. there were some parts that will humor you! i rate it .. err 8/10? I'm definitely on Edward's team because seeing Jacob in Valentine's Day movie does not give me that impression that he posses a "manly" character but i cannot deny that his 6pax is so nice to look at. hahaha. We headed straight home after the movie, and now I'm stoning at work. I'm so sleepy because i refused to sleep early yesterday to hear music. Punishment.

p/s : Dear Bridget, i had an awesome time with you. Thank you for your lovely company!! :D and please don't laugh at romantic scene because its too cheesy. Feel the love woman! haha lovess!

Ok initially I wanted to blog about something else..but it took me so long to crack my brain on what to write so i gave up :) Yes blogging was so easy in the past. I remembered vividly on how i use to blog straight after an event. I'll be the first to pen down my thoughts, and post up pictures. Oh and not to forget I was quite emo back then, haha. Today I may be the happiest person on earth and before you know it i turn to be a girl who is emo-ing about people who spoiled my life and etc. I can laugh reading my old posts at the same time reminisce on the beautiful experiences I've been through.

Well, I'm doing quite fine in the office :) I admit I was a bit reluctant to return here in the beginning, but ever since I'm here, i feel its a good experience and a perfect time for me to be alone. To just focus on my relationship with God, and put all complications behind. I feel so happy for some reason, wait.. not for some reason, I'm happy because God has given me his divine peace and joy! I've been battling with a feeling that I know has affected me in some way or rather. It's eating me inside and i couldn't find a way to overcome it. I knew there is a bible verse that can be the answer. I kept staring at it, digesting it, but nothing seemed to go through my nerve to reach my brain. Until I was ALONE with God. God spoke right through me, and that verse hit me right on my face! Now, I'm so relieved that I willingly let go with the perfect answer to my question and that made my heart as light as the wind.

This morning I woke up with a glimpse of smile on my face. While I change, i put on the song "The Wonderful Cross". I've been reminded of his grace and mercy that pull us human through this dying world. I can't imagine my life without him. Is like when i go through things alone or in public or whatever it is, i know i can just whisper a prayer to someone that will ALWAYS hear me. Plus he is the creator of this world, all the things that are on earth belongs to him, so why not go directly to him, and let him take control? I love you Jesus, from the bottom of my heart, i love you more than anything else!

The other secretary by the name of Bridget has finally return after her study break. Oh gosh, i'm having so much fun with. Teasing each other, always saying to each other "i'm not goin to talk to you eveerr!!", insulting each other things in a good way and etc .. :) and she is always giggling, laughing, and smiling at something. She is also ever ready to teach me whenever i need help! The best part is Bridget's best friend, Jia Xin is back from Australia too. I always eavesdrop at their "LOUDDD!" conversation and end up laughing seeing how they bampu each other. haha.. Working life is so FUNN!

On a random note, i'm going back this Friday for Douglas's wedding. This the 2nd time i'm going back by KTM and i'll be sleeping on bunk BED. Ohhh!! Eyes please close, brain please rest, train don't be so bumpy, and give me a good trip back, i beg of you!

Yvonne & Random Note

=) It is so nice going out with girlfriends don't you agree. As for me, i had a wonderful time at Midvalley with Yvonne Wang on Friday. The purpose of the trip was to get Roxy things as members are given discount and free gifts. At the end Yvonne invested on Roxy stuff (of course!) she is like a big fan of it, most of her stuffs are Roxy. As for me, i settled for Charles & Keith. The word that I uttered when i reached Midvalley was "Oh gosh! It's so nice to be back!! Back to Civilization". Haha it's not like Singapore does not have those things but the company plays a vital role in one having fun! I Had a great time of talking and more more shopping. Looking forward to more FUN, especially next week i am going to Melaka & L.O.L 1.0 Youth Camp!

On a random note

What does it feel to be different from the REST? Didn't God call us to be different? To be the salt and light to this world. People call us holy people. I never understood why they did until I actually know what they do. After really knowing what is going on, the news did not pull me down, of course there was a bit of sadness but honestly the news actually motivated me to be a better Child of God. To not feel ashamed of being different, of being what we are called to be in this world.

Who say it is easy for a person not to follow the norm? But despite those difficulties, we know that God is at our side, holding our hands, and leading us through. When we look at life, like what happens after we die, the only thing we can think of is the day of judgment, and ETERNITY. What we do in this world NOW, will determine what REWARD we reap in heaven. "Life is Short, Make the Best out of It", has been the phrase repeatedly mentioned to me. You make the best out of Life by Living for God. So be different people, use your life to shine God's goodness and everything that he is. People may look at us differently, and comment about us, but remind yourself what God thinks of You is MUCH MORE IMPORTANT than what the world judge you =)

Bye Singapore, Hello Malaysia!

Hi people, yes i am back in Malaysia for 3 weeks holiday!! =) Boy does it feel good to be at ur own country & spending Malaysian Ringgit (RM)! Everyday i wake up i will minus one day from my break and it does not feel good at all =( Oh well, since I'm here, i should make the best out of it. So far, I've been following some of the "rough plans" i put together in Singapore. Plans like going out & catching up with friends, loved ones, and not forgetting movies too!

As for today I went out with Pn Pushpa & Naim. Well at first it was just Pn Pushpa and I but I thought a company like Naim would do us some good. She will humour us with her expressions and "perasan-as" which i was right, she DID! Natural talent haha. What more we went to one of Naim and my favourite place, SUSHI KING! Since we could not go far, we settled for sushi king at Metro Point.

Naim and I got to find out that Pn Pushpa actually dislike roar food as she told us a story of her experience going out with a handsome Japanese guy in 1977! Haha .. According to her that was her FIRST and LAST. Naim did what she does best by introducing foods and pouring so much of the sweet sos on our small plates.

Salmon is a MUST ! I love it =)

You see i was trying to slice the Japanese Rice but end up the chopsticks broke. I think Sushi King should invest on a stronger chopsticks! haha

We ate a lot! haha .. I've been deprived of all these in Singapore.

Extra Random Thoughts I Want To BLA here =)

I've been sick the whole week due to the hectic weekend i faced last week. I find this week so not fruitful as i had so many things planned in my head that i wanted to do. Monday morning showed up for work the whole day with eyes closing every now and then. Tuesday because of my stubbornness i went to work in the morning with a body that is so weak and head that was spinning. To avoid creating a drama if i ever fall, i decided to go back and rest which i did! It didn't help much either. Oh well, at least I'm feeling better and GUESS WHAT! I'm going back tonight except this time not by plane but by train *faint*. Hopefully music will sing me a perfect lullaby to put me to sleep.

Oh and we had an awesome futsal competition last Saturday at Sg Chua Court minus the unbearable heat and the fact that i had to run up and down to get the boys to their respective courts, fuh~ We managed to raise a satisfied amount of money for the upcoming L.O.L 1.0 Youth Camp! Praise God for that! =) I will post up pictures next week for your pleasure to see. A special shoutout to all the teams for cooperating and for the people who came to support! Thank You, Xie-xie, Terima Kasih & Nadireh. (haha i main bantai..)

I watched Iron Man 2 with my family the other day at Pavillion. Well, the movie wasn't as nice as i expected it to be, but maybe because i was so so tired. So i let you judge! =) Since this is a random post, let me say something random. I saw Madam Kwan herself at Mdm Kwan Pavillion! hehe..So fun! I finally got to see the lady who made me obsessive over her nasi lemak..

This week is going to be FUN! Hopefully, i get enough rest this time, HOPEFULLY. and to all mothers, HAPPY MOTHER's DAY! Enjoy being pampered by your children! =) Mummy, thanks for being strict and showing your love through that! hehe

Everything that i am going to type is pure

Singapore has been treating me the same. I wake up in the morning, get my butt to the office and work until 8something at night. As soon as i reach home, i see delicious foods on the table and gobble it down my throat. Hibernating in the hot shower is something i will not miss right after dinner. After spending the exact amount of time in the shower room as a president when he presents his speech, in my cozy pyjamas and silk blanket, I'll plaster my eyes on the laptop screen, and let movies send their overwhelming stories to either make me tear or to make me smile or to make me laugh hysterically. Before i go for another movie screening in my dreams, i take time to run through my clothes and choose the perfect outfit to match the next day. And then i bid the world goodbye with a silent prayer and open my eyes the next day with "I wake up in the morning, get my butt to the office...."

I read this phrase in a email and find it extremely touching and down-to-earth. Read this and you will realized that it doesn't matter when someone doesn't reciprocate the same degree of love as it was given out. "Giving someone all your love is never an assurance that they'll love you back, don't expect love in return instead just let it grow in their heart, BUT IF IT DOESN'T, just be CONTENT that it grew in YOURS." I leave you to ponder about this because I'm sure it will definitely speak something to you.

I want to sell my Nikon DLSR camera, anyone wants to buy it? hehe =) I've been eyeing on the new CANON 550 modal and somehow there is a deep silent voice pushing me to get it. So in order to show my gratitude to that voice, I've decided to make it a reality and possess that camera!

This time I'm VERY SURE there's a new modal for iPhone coming out. Not sure of the month but tentatively it might be released either in June or July. I've been waiting patiently for this modal because who wants to regret buying the old modal when the new one is way cooler and better?

and! I want the new CHANEL EAU TENDRE perfume! Like the advertisement says "It's your chance. Embrace it". But how to embrace it when I want so many things in life! =( I wish my birthday is this month! orrr maybe Youth's Day. Why do parents get to enjoy mother and father's day gifts and not us!

[Working Life]

Hey people, yes yes i haven't been updating my blog even though i promised to do so. So I'm sure the "few readers" that are still reading my blog know that I'm in Singapore working as a secretary to a lawyer. Well, indeed it has been an eye opener to working life. In the past, of course like many of us, i took for granted that money will flow in easily as long as we work. I am badly mistaken, there is more to it.

1) You have to wake up early in the morning just to get ready for work, there is no such thing as "oh gosh, I'm lazy..i had a long night yesterday..who cares even if i skip one day of work".

[Hello! the boss cares. He will probably call you to his room and give you a whole long lecture of skipping work, and at the end he will exercise his supreme authority by saying "you will be fired the time you do it again!"

2) You dont go work.

[You don't get paid for temporary worker]

3) No such thing as holiday until public holiday

[Hello! Singapore dont have public holidays as much as Malaysia does! How annoying is that. Everyday I look at the calender hoping that there will be a picture or extra wording on the calender saying "Sultan of Selangor's birthday, Independence day, and etc.. BUT "Elek, Me Yoh!, Tak Ada!]

4) Last time i was able to hang out with anyone at anytime, NOW...

[I'm desperate to meet up with friends, go out for movie, a tea or something, shopping, BUT now? No chance of doing so! Cause firstly, i'm far away. Secondly, i'm too tired to go anywhere with friends here. Trying to find time to hang out with people is so difficult when i'm back in Malaysia. "So many people to have fun with, so little time".

Well the only thing i'm satisfied now is that money is coming in. Having the freedom to spend it without guilt is so satisfying =)

Bye Long Hair

Bye, Bye Long Hair!

I couldn't stand my long hair any longer =) The reason why i had split ends is because i dyed my hair twice and like aunties always say lol "you spoiling your hair ok young girl, next time got white hair only you know!" .. hehe

So i decided to cut my hair. At first, i went there with an intention of just cutting my split ends and reshaping my hair, but after much persuasion from the hair stylist, i decided to make every cents count and yeah i cut it short. Well, i tried different hair styles before. Some bad, some good and some REALLY BAD! and actually, I'm quite satisfied with this one.

at least i don't need to reach my hands to my long hair when i bath. It requires energy and lots of time! lol =) A change for this season. oh ! and not to forget i also successfully managed to persuade Lilian to cut her hair short too! =) Due to personal reason, she does not allow me to post up her picture, so i leave that to her... =)

Penang "The Pearl Of The Orient"

I remembered booking the ticket 2days before departure. It was a last minute thing because initially i wanted to visit a university over there and since dad was going there for a business trip mom asked me to tag along. Of course i gladly accept the offer given because pictures of penang food were running through my thought =)

So first day i woke up like a zombie because the night before that i slept very late. For the first time in so many days i got to see the sun rising and thinking how pretty it is. Besides that, i also got to see the short needle pointing at 8 in my watch with a bright surrounding. That shows you, my sleeping pattern has gone haywire for the past few weeks =) We reached Penang early in the morning and we went straight to the hotel. Dad left me there because he had to run some errands.

At first the plan was to walk Penang Road all by myself as i wait for the arrival of my friend but I ended up snoozing on the bed. My sunway hostel mate, Jia Shin's dad picked me up from the hotel and we headed to Gurney Plaza. One of the so-called-best mall in Penang, hehe. And we met up with another hostel mate by the name of Kelly. It was great to meet up with them after leaving sunway for so many months! We had our lunch at a chinese restaurant in the plaza itself. The view was great.

We went for "The Spy Next Door" movie. You guys should watch the movie, i find jackie chan so cute in the movie! =) After that did some shopping and we went to take a few snap shots at the beach.

Oh! Oh!!! Then came the dinner part. All the dreams about penang food have finally become a reality! =) One word : AWESOME! The hawker foods at Gurney Drive is really really good! I ate a lot that night without feeling guilty of the massive intake, hehe! Ok pictures .. dont start drooling saliva..

In the morning, dad and I went to Batu Feringgi Beach! We stopped at Hard Rock Hotel recommended by Mark Darwin. The view is great and it will be nice if next time my friends will join me. We'll definitely book that hotel! =)

We only stayed there for 2days 1 night. Although it was short but i really had a wonderful time there! Thank you to Jia Shin and Kelly for bringing me around, owe u guys big time! Dad was also a great person to spend some quality time together! Go visit Penang now, and bring me along kays, bye! Take care! =)

First i would definitely pick him up from the airport early in the morning in my myvi car. He does not need a big car because i am sure he is humble and would love to be in a position of Malaysians who adores Myvi Car that is affordable and comfortable. While in the car i'll enlighten him about Malaysian culture, but i would not reveal the plans because i want him to be in suspense!

After that i'll bring him to church because i am singing on that day and he would be able to

meet other malaysians there who loves him! Plus, he is a christian so he wouldn't mind spending time with people from the same faith and especially GOD!

Next, i'll bring him to my grandma's house to collect angpows and have a taste of how

malaysian people celebrate Chinese New Year.I would definitely let him play cards and also firecrackers. IF he wants to give out angpows, i'll supply him with angpow wrappers. I will make sure there will be chinese foods on the table for him to try! Herbal Chicken, Bah Kut Teh, roasted pig, you name it, all of it will be there! =)

Now to run away from the hectic world and craziness of his popularity i'll bring him somewhere quiet. Definitely not Midvalley or Sunway Piramid which are secluded with people. Instead i'll bring him to Putrajaya where we can go for kayaking first. Of course we will stop at the middle of the lake and have some quality chat together, especially getting to know each other. Things that are not publicized in the media.

At night, we will sit at the putrajaya park and i would have people coming in to serve malaysian delicacies. Dont need to have two candle lights like a typical date just a simple nice cloth laid at the ground. Dinner with be served starting from Chinese food to spicy indian food and to Malay Food. While doing that, we can look up at the stars, and enjoy the fireworks because of Chinese New Year. What happens after that will be the future. =)

Romantic yet simple diverting all the energy and attention on something that he does not experience it much in his country. Taylor Lautner you are the oNE! =)

Not bad huh! I am back with another update! =)

as for now, these are the VERY IMPORTANT people in my life and you will know why when you read below

On a better note, i am very much relief & happy now. Just few days ago i know I've been talking so much about the stress of choosing the right course and uni for the future. Well all of it shall be the past now because I've finally decided what to do and where to go.

I've been thinking and seeking God for an answer for this. Recently, i got an email from a university in Australia that offers me to do Bachelor in Pharmacy. That added on to my high degree of stress graph. Can you imagine thinking day and night is it a right choice to make? You go to the toilet, u think about it, while u change, you think about it, when you drive and stop at a red light, you think about it until people horn you, when you watch an interesting movie, all of a sudden you realized you missed part of the story line because you were thinking about it.

..BUT..

You know who stood by me especially in my decision making?
My heavenly father, & my earthly father. I seek the Lord and asked him to open doors and make the route easy if I'm destined to go or to close the doors no matter how hard it may be to let go. Besides that, i have been talking to my dad about it. I am so thankful for a wise dad who is deeply rooted in the word of God, and especially being a man who fears the Lord. He is able to analyze things out from the box and the best part is i listens to everything he said because i know what comes from his mouth is of substance. I do debate with him my points, and he accepts it. At the same time he guides my mind with the grace of God to reach a higher maturity level by looking at this whole uni thing from a different angle.

After much discussion and prayer, i finally feel in my spirit that God has a better plan for me to stay here in Malaysia =) When I made that decision, the peace of God was on me. In fact, I just made that decision few hours ago, and i have smile all over my face. Even though going to Australia may be an eye opener, but i know God has a plan to prosper me and not to harm me, plans to give me a hope and a FUTURE (Jeremiah 29:11). I love my family, my dad, my mom, my sister, and my bro who have been supporting me even at times like this! and most importantly i love GOD so much! In all things God works for the good of those who love him (Romans 8:28).. oh and not forgetting, my FRIENDS who shared with me their thoughts!!

Now since i know what i am going to do and where i am going to go and when is my intake! I'm on my full blast having FUN mood! I want to enjoy myself to the fullest before the HORROR of UNI starts! Most of my burden has been lifted off my shoulders and i feel so free..LOL! So i shall start my much awaited fun by going to Singapore later!!

This is my testimony and I just feel like sharing it with all of you who actually took your time to read this long post of mine, you're the BEST! Lots of Love people! Until the next post! Sayonara

I've been a bad blogger, a very bad one. Lets just say the urge to pen my thoughts down on this "public" place is no longer my interest. But then again, the urge only comes when it feels like coming.

Life has been pretty challenging to me especially in the area of finding the right course to do. It is still so fresh in my mind what happened 1 year ago when i was at Australia. I remembered sitting down in my room, looking through the Internet, praying for my spm result, asking God for his direction and most of all i was asking myself what i am going to do when i go home. I thought well, since I've decided to do Monash Foundation Year at Sunway, 98% of my burden has been taken off my shoulders. Sadly, i was badly mistaken.

After when you finish your Pre-U only you realized that you are starting to taste a bit of the horror of choosing your future career. In fact, that is where i am currently in now. A situation where i myself cannot decide because this answer will determine part of my future. I have been seeking God for an answer and I am very sure he is moulding me to be what he wants me to be. Its not about my own selfish desires, but its about his purpose and will being fulfilled in my life. At times, we are so caught up with what the WORLD wants us to be. To earn that big sum of money, or to obtain a title that is respectable in the sight of human eyes. BUT please be reminded, we definitely will not bring these worldly things to Heaven. All of it stays on earth.

So to all those who are choosing what they should do in the future. Choose Wisely. Pray, seek him, and wait for an answer. Show him how much you need him & he will answer you in his own special way. God Bless All of You! =) now picture time..

I haven't been blogging for a very long time, i know. Maybe the mood of blogging does come that often anymore because of activities that are consuming my time. Well this post will be about my random thoughts.

I had 3days intensive prayer seeking God for an answer especially for my degree course. It was difficult, extremely difficult. I felt so embarrassed that i can't even spend few hours with the person who love me so much, the person who sacrificed so much for me, & the person who is the reason why there is life in my inner being. He is a God who is full of grace and mercy. If its not about because of his grace i would definitely have failed in life to be honest. I am so thankful that he hears my cries during my prayer sessions. Pas Ann who is currently in England is also praying for me and she sends me verses through sms when she hears God's audible voice. How amazing huh. Most of the verses is about how i must seek him more. I must not seek him only when i have problems or when i want an answer but to seek him with all my heart everyday. He wants me to depend on him and not on human being. How many times we try to handle problems & situation that is beyond our human capability. We always THINK we can do it when the actual fact is we need our creator to help us through it. I think this is something we need to ponder.

Besides that, I've learned more about the people around me. You know one thing that i am so grateful for? Are the friends that i have around me. HONEST friends. You can have many friends who are fakers just for popularity sake, but ask yourself, deep down you know you want friends that will be at your side through thick and thin. Friends that will not gossip behind your back about you. As i faced trials, my friends were there for me. It may be small in number but they were there, and i am so glad to be assured that they will not go around spilling it out to others, i trust them simply because they are honest!

Sometimes its so hard to be different, don't you think? But i strongly believe that it takes one person to make that change. The world may hate you, the people may cast you aside but as long as you know what you're doing is right. I think its good that we continue to persevere on to do that is right and noble. Opening your mouth to speak what is right may seem that you are playing the bad person, but as long as you are doing it for the sake of others its all worthwhile and you will definitely find the satisfaction. I want to be different and not be like the norm, this is one of my desire for 2010.

*I am doing this because my result is coming out this week!! AHH!*

Sunway University College has been a great college. It not only has conducive facilities but also experience lecturers. I never regretted going to that college because it has taught me so many things in life. I am so grateful that i have lecturers that are always there to help. Even though i did complained about calling extension number and etc, but at least they will avail themselves to help.

Of course i met great friends such as Raveena, Roshwini, Crystal, Cynthia, Gency,..... and many more. They have been such wonderful friends who are hardworking and at the same time they play hard too =) So we managed to balance our studies & entertainment life. This result in a thing i call "College Life".

As many people know i took the MARCH intake which is an accelerated intake. I had to study in 2+months what the january intake already did. It was so stressful and I could recall the time i cried because i not only had to meet the demands of the studies but also to fit in to the culture shock of the new environment. God was there. He gave me hostel friends that made me feel so welcome in the hostel. They taught me where to eat, where to go, what to do, the shortcuts to places and etc.

Oh life has been pretty awesome after finals! You see every time when u have an exam, you know after you watch tv, you have to study or maybe when u go out, you feel that why am i outside when i am supposed to be studying? As for now, i still have the feeling. BUT you know what, I'll say to myself "hey girl! its OVER, No MORE! You don't need to open your books!" Haha..such a comforting phrase! Cheers to FREEDOM!

On Monday I had a lunch appointment with Pn Pushpa. So before the lunch, i went to school earlier. Pn Nirmala was there, and i sat next to her, and we talked all the way. Eyes were staring at me as students pass by. Teachers were asking me questions about my college and my future. Scary yet it was nice walking back to the place that was once like your home. After one whole long hour our talking session, I met up with Lilian, Ferlynne, YeeThong, and Pn Pushpa.

YeeThong drove us to Old Town at Metro Point for lunch. Another talking session, laughing about the past, reasoning issues, and many more. So yeah, it was a great time of catching up after so long. Oh not to forget a whole lot of teasing! lol! You know Pn Pushpa!

Later on we dropped pn pushpa at school and we headed to jusco for a movie. At first we wanted to watch Time Traveller's Wife, but then because it was too late we bought tickets for "TheBox". Before that, we went for a mini shopping to get a cardigan because i forgot to take mine from the car. While shopping!! LOL i bought a sleeveless blouse, nice i love it! =)

Conclusion : Please don't watch theBox. Sorry to say, it keeps people in suspense BUT the suspense is only explained at the last part in a short time. So not worth it to watch. PLUS! The cardigan didnt help much. Because JUSCO's Movie Theatre is COLD like Alaska! Serious! All of us were freezing to death.

I had such a wonderful time with all of you. Haha talk about omochi which has the same meaning with muaci? Hint* Yeethong! lol!

Hey i am back, haha obviously. Anyway, my Pre-U foundation year is finally over. I can't believe i finished in like err..8mths+? Well, shall not blog about that first, probably i'll dedicate the next post to that! As for now, i am overjoyed that i don't need to flip through books and memorize facts anymore. Or use a calculator to calculate probability or statistic and etc! i am free, absolutely free, and it might be for a VERY LONG TIME =)

On Oct 4th 09, I celebrated my 18th Birthday. This means, i am legal, haha. I remember using the exact same word last year on my birthday to indicate that i am legal to take my driving license. As for now, i am legal to go for movie rated 18+ without feeling sinful of cheating the people in the cinema, i am legal to do ...... many stuff. But noo...the fear of the Lord shall be my priority =)

Firstly, thank you for all the birthday smses, calls, & facebook messages. I really appreciate your thoughts, and sarcasm at the same time, lol. In the morning of my birthday, godmom called me over to her house. She pampered me by making for me breakfast. Haha and i don't need to wash the dishes, i just need to drive there and eat. Besides that, she surprised me with a birthday cake that she herself baked !! How sweet is that!! I got a cake with fruit topping. Oh! and i also got a beautiful gift that i am yet to use.

In the afternoon, after church, I went out with my family + both godmoms to Aunty Lan to eat. I cant go somewhere far knowing ehem..they are older than me, lol. I love aunty lan's homemake noodles and especially aunty mee Lin durian cake!! All these years i had secret recipe cakes, but this year it was extra special no more secret recipe cake, just my highly-adored-yummylicious-duriancake.

The adults were talking all the way while i sat there as quiet as a mouse. Because i know at anytime i have 3mothers there to attack me at one goal. Especially when they discussed about my bad habit, i am gone, no where to be seen. Whatever i say or debate will not gain victory. Haha ..but i had an awesome time spending it with my loved ones. I am blessed.

In the evening i went over to Phoebe's house to cut another cake which we suppose to cut when we were at secret recipe the other day. We had a great time talking about our lives, especially hearing stories about college friends that are so "lala-ish", planning when is our next outing and etc. Oh and not to forget, we had a jumping session too!

Thank you so much girls! =) i really enjoyed your company and your thoughts. Starting from the secret recipe makan, to ferlynne, lis, phoebe & reen. To those who couldn't attend, its alright, lol! i still love you.

I got a call from mom saying that godmom and goddad were coming over. While i rushed home, something happened* lol u guess it youself. I reached home and took my bath while the adults had another talking session. The Birthday Song was sung again, and i don't why but i felt shy whenever people sang the song, hmph! i know you feel the same way too .. lol.

and also another shoutout to my college friends who surprised me with a nicci dress & for that overwhelming words in the card. I love you all of you a lot! I wished we had more time to spend with each other..but no matter what, we'll still keep in touch aite!

So that wraps up everything about my birthday. I had an awesome time. Its not about the present, its not about how many birthday cakes you had, its about how much God has blessed you with another year and also celebrating this special occasion with your loved ones. To me, that is all that matters. =)

One day there was a little frog hopping match. Everyone said that none of them will win the race because they were too little & weak. Then the match started, one by one little frog gave up and quit the race ... except for ONE little frog! He hopped all the way and won the race!! When they interviewed him and asked him how he won. There was silence. . . and then only they knew that frog was DEAF ! what does this tell you? We need to be deaf when we hear the lies of the Devil. Part 1

This year i had a memorable birthday celebration with my loved ones. I guess that is all that matters, simple yet meaningful. Well first i am going to update on the eve on my birthday where i went out lunch with Reen, Ferlynne, Phoebe & Melissa at Secret recipe. I haven't seen Melissa for a long long long time, well i think i emphasized that a lot in front of her, lol. Although we are small in numbers but i had a great time talking. It's nice to know what is going on in their lives like crazy things they face in college, friends that seem to be such a pest, studies, like what we are going to do next time .. laugh over the past, reminisce the time when we were in school. Gosh i miss those moments! I just want to say thank you girls for the makan. I really had such a great time laughing & talking & taking pictures & playing with the tongue, lol!

Mom...I..Godmother

Well, after thePLan09 camp it was AGAIN back to college, back to hostel. Nothing to complain. Thank you God for ur blessings!. This whole week has been full blast of topic tests and two presentations. At first i was asking myself..How am I going to cope? Knowing that i went for a camp, enjoyed myself, got a bit lazy, and havent started a thing! I asked for God's stre ngth and mercy to be upon me and indeed he NEVER failed me.

Thursday, I SUPPOSED to study but ended up going out with godmother to her sister's place but at night i did study!! Friday was just studying the whole day through. Saturday half of the day i was studying, half of it I went to my cousin's bachelor night dinner. It was great to see the relatives coming together especially my aunties and uncles from Singapore. The night ended quite late because i came back and started harvesting my farm, barn buddy in facebook. I never thought i'll play that game until wei ling influenced me!

AS for sunday, it was crazy & hectic. Firstly i went to church for service. All of us were given a task to act out a portion of scripture in the book of Acts. Well i think all of us did a great job because PowerHouse is always famous for crazy & funny sketches. After church, rushed to the saloon to be pampered, lol. Got my hair done, and the man was very friendly. The best part was he is able to converse with me in English, haha hallelujah for that! Did curls for the hair but not sure whether it lasted until midnight thanks to the straight hair gene i got from ... err either my mom or dad! lol

At night, we went for cousin's wedding at Marriot, putrajaya. And guess what, my godmother was there too. Haha .. I think my uncle has some business thing with uncle CS.. i really don't know. It was a whole night of fun, and makan! and yamseh!! =) beautiful couple!

Well, i am done with 3tests and i'm down with two more presentations tomorrow! One for English, and another one for Biology B! Can't wait for it to be over !!! and it will be the weekend................which i've been waiting for so long!!

ThePlan09 was a blast !!

indeed it was .. I cannot express my feelings through blogging but i think I'll be able to give u an insight of what I've learned throughout the camp.

We have to gear up to serve God in the states of Malaysia. There is so much need outside, so much ..... (Genesis, Jonathan, Celeste, I , Yee Thong)

This camp emphasizes on mission. I never really understood the word "MISSION" until i attended this camp. Yes of course I've heard about people are released to the mission field to share the gospel and etc .. But it's more in depth than that, and i am greatly honoured to have the opportunity to learn about it in ThePlan09.

This is our GENERATION youth, we have to rise up to God's calling. Our life on earth is just for a while, but eternity is forever. We do not want to waste our life enjoying the things of the world that bring destruction to our soul. Have u been reminded what you will face when you see God face to face in heaven, especially on the throne of judgement. You must know that God has a plan for all of us. A plan that serves him and he alone.

We are the generation that will surpass the adults. We are the ones that will bring the gospel and work of God to greater heights!! We are going to do much more than our parents did or even our forefathers. But how are we going to allow God to use us if we are not pure before him? How are we going to serve him to our fullest potential if we are so engrossed to the worldly things? We do not need to pay the price to FIT IT. We do not let society define us for who we are instead we are the ones who define ourselves. We are a pure cloth that needs God to colour it and not giving the devil the foothold on it.

God has blessed all of us with different talents. But how are we using it? Are we using it to serve others and for our own pleasure or are we using it to GLORIFY & EXALT JESUS name on HIGH? Sometimes we find excuses in order to protect ourselves from our actions. Yes u can hide the motives you have from your friends, but you can NEVER hide it from God. You think you can run away? Sad to say, NO. Or should i say happy to say..because i know that we can turn back to God when we repent. It's NEVER too late.

Come one people, get real! We are living in reality where people around us are leaving in poverty, depression, homeless, children abandoned by parents and much more.. Do not just be contented with what we have because our life is not about "me, myself and I only". God died on the cross for us, he owns us. This life is not our own. Even though the people around us are so blessed but please don't forget about the people who are dying outside....

Goodness i just finished watching a Chinese TV-series drama AGAIN, and here i am crying as if I've lost someone AGAIN ! The show never failed to make me cry ... HO MA you should get the best actress for every award, i am all out for you. The sacrifices you made, the love you've shown, the patience you went through really amazes me beyond comprehension. Well even though it's just a show, but this has left an impact in my life and i believe the life of others too!

Happiness is not about money. You can get all the money you want and not feel the joy. It's about God, it's about your family! No matter how big or small the problems are you have the assurance that they will be there for you. Sometimes in life, people come and indeed have been such a blessing to you. You turn to them when you are down. But i am sure you can count how many times you actually turned to them.. As for family its a different story. It's countless. The parents & siblings you have are priceless!

Start appreciating the people you have around you. When you feel that you have the urge to say "how are you.." just go & do it! Don't hesitate and don't say "hey..why should I? She/He should ask first .." Childish thinking I tell you. Only when they are gone, only u feel that guilt. Don't ever regret because you can never turn back time, remember that.

Okie have i been babbling too much?
Raya break is such a blessing in disguise. Here i am at home, and tomorrow i am going for a youth camp at Melaka. Youths all around Malaysia will join hearts as one for this camp which is called ThePlan. Excited? Yes .. Nervous? Very .. Lord, let your purpose & will be done in this camp and in our lives. After when i come back from camp, i have to start preparing for college next week. There are lots of assignments & revising to do..and did i forget to mention that my finals is at the end of Oct? OMG! it's so near . . . I can't believe i am finishing MUFY so soon ... IN a blink of an Eye .. Everything will soon be the past.

I know it has been AGES right!

Life has been great thus far, especially when i know that i have a God who cares for me so much. I want to live my life according to his plan, i want to be like him, i want to shine for his glory, i want to LOVE GOD so much ....!!! This is how amazing God is, please do not miss out this chance to know this person who died on the cross for your sin. I can find the joy, peace and love from HIM ! When i am down, he lift me up, when i feel like giving up, he gives me the strength to move on!

One of God's blessing is I got to meet up my highschool friends on the Eve of Merdeka at Mewah Club. It has a nice view there streching until KLCC. Thank you reen for planning together with me! Although it was difficult haha but we managed to get as many friends as possible to attend =) GOSH! we were so noisy .. haha it's JUST US! THIS IS WHO WE ARE! when we see each other somehow our mouth doesn't seem to stop. Why? Cause there is so much to update each other ..

Seriously, i don't know how to face this week, but i know i still have to ..

i know GOD is going to be here for me!! I know he is going to help me go through this week. No matter how difficult it is, No matter how much "crying" i might go through, i have the assurance that i have that SOMEONE who will give me that love, peace, comfort & protection I need ! and that person is JESUS! Did i forget to mention my parents and brother went to China for holiday and i miss that heaps! I stayed at the hostel the whole of last week, and only got to talk to them on Friday.

I went out with Sue Reen for dinner yesterday at Aunty Lan, Sungai Chua. Oh we had an awesome dinner at the same time it was a great time of Catching up.. and.. We made an improtu visit to PN PUSHPA's House since i was waiting for my sister. She is still the same ..who none stop calls me Irritating Pest. A lovely teacher who stands out for her student. I admire her when she really believes that thing is right, it should not be kept quiet instead it should be fight for .. =)

Today after church, Celeste and I joined my godmom and goddad at Palace for Lunch. The food was DE--licious!! Ivonne, Edmond, Edwin, Amy, Yit Peng, Uncle's Hang & Family were there too. So not only we had a wonderful lunch but also a nice session of laughing & talking..!

Since it's gonna be a short post i'll put it in point form .. =)

I just moved in to my new apartment and i feel contented with what I have. The aircond it's so cold that I have to curl myself every night under my comfy silk blanket. I brought my sweet smelling pillow here too! Toilet is clean and i don't need to rush with my housemate in the morning because most of my housemates are from Monash, and happy to say their classes are late ... As for my new roommate, she is a nice person who has a great laughter. She loves very cold environment, and THANK GOD she doesn't make noise when she sleeps. hehe .. I am getting used to the new place, after all I'm finishing MUFY in Nov!

As for my classes, things are getting not pretty but VERY HECTIC. I have Biology B topic test this Friday and it's going to be scary as it covers on the sub-unit of Inheritance. Next week, i have Maths, Biology A & Chemistry Topic Tests and there is so many many many things to study .. I have an English draft that is due next Tuesday.. I am stress up. But I thank God that he is with me .. and i don't have to worry because i have FAITH that i still have time to cover all the units!

Tomorrow is the annual MUFY CHARITY CARNIVAL. Because of that, all our classes are shorten to half an hour per subject. So i got 3hrs of classes, and then i'm free to do what i want to do. After visiting all the booth, i'll definitely come back and sleep, then study! I'll take pretty pictures and promise to upload it here and in facebook! =)

I've been reminded not to JUDGE people by reading a bible verse .. WHO ARE WE TO JUDGE? Ask yourself this question .. Don't we as human sin as we are not perfect. So who are we to say that person is "this and that" when we ourselves have our own flaws that we need to deal with .. It's very obvious that GOD is the ONLY PERSON that can judge ... =) a quote to end my post "Do Not Judge A Book By It's Cover"

An update after a long long time!

Hey People,

I know this time it has been AGES since I last updated my blog. Well, no new excuse to give as I feel I no longer have the urge or love to blog. Let's just say when you come to college, things tend to be a bit different. I still cannot believe that I actually blogged so much last year even though it was SPM year. So to the form5's out there, GO STUDY! haha

I have been enjoying college thus far and the thought of going to UNI next year is almost going to kill me. When I looked at my roommates and the struggles they go through to finish assignments, I wish I'll forever stay in my Pre-U course. I have to be consistent, and that's all it takes to score =) You have to agree with me ..

From Monday to Friday, most of the time I'm in my hostel and when i go home on weekend it's hectic! Before i can sit down and rest, that's when i have to go back to hostel. I am not grumbling or complaining, in fact i love this life. Holidays are meant to give you rest but when semester starts it's time to get BUSY.

Reflecting on my high school years and now, i would say I grow a lot. Well, not just physically (well that i cannot deny, haha) but also the way I think. Thinking about these made me wonder how childish I were in the past. It's part of our personal growth. I've been driving a lot lately, and when people compliment me I'll say "Haha I big girl di ..." I remembered how I used to be so crazy of dreaming to get my license. Now as I've got, I'm loving every single bit of it !

I'll be moving to a new apartment just few blocks away from where i am currently staying. Reason is because ......... it's really not necessary to know. I'll be staying in a new block, twin sharing, and thank God it's an aircond room. And Noo..don't make an assumption that i am a spoil brat who wants the best comfort. I was forced too ... The rental for that hostel is also high, in sunway YOU PAY FOR COMFORT! However, I'll be going DINNER with my current roomates. And if i have any problem at the new place, I'll definitely run back to them.

This Saturday my church is hosting a concert by Enoch Fernando. He is a very talented musicians who loves God to his core. He has been going around the world conducting concerts and the best part is he got nominated for Grammy! Now how cool is that .. Do not miss it!

Yes wondering why i haven't been updating for quite some time?

Reason is because I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR MYSELF, as easy as that.

Does generosity hurt so much that is taken advantage of?

Well, you don't have to worry. It's not going to be an emo post which some of you questioned me. Life is full of challenges.. there are good times, and there are bad times. But no matter what is thrown on us, remember that we should learn something out of that event that happened. If not what's the use of going through that situation, and end up getting angry, sad or devastated over the whole matter. We have choices to make. But how many times do we actually make the right ones?

You know we as human sometimes tend to choose the negative side of every problem we face. It's funny how we choose to be sad rather than being happy. Oh and not to forget, we sometimes purposely hear sad songs to make us feel worst, haha funny isn't it. But I've learned so much in these few weeks.

I've been trying my best to make people happy. When they are lonely, i want to be there to accompany them. When they need a hug, i want to be there to lend a shoulder. In every bad situations people close to me face, i want to be there for them. Well, it's a good thing right..but then i start to wonder.. people have been giving me comments on my gesture.. and i remembered once someone told me that "I need to start thinking for myself and not for other people".. I put that phrase aside for a long time, but now as i begin to reflect on the things that happened in this week, that phrase hit me right on my face.

I feel that my life is so unbalance. There are so many things I want to do but never had the chance. I am so busy with other things that i neglect my own interests .. Seriously, i asked myself why am i rushing to this place? or why am i doing this?

now i make time for myself. I will stop activities that i think is taking up so much of my time.. =) and live life to the fullest cause i am only given one chance to be on earth! take care ! very random post

I attended class today and it was normal. Except that we had a quiz for chemistry and i screwed up ONE question, how sad.. haha .. Besides that, there are many research coming up.. English & Biology and etc.. At the same time, classes are pretty relaxing this week like i've mentioned 1hour is allocated for each subjects per-day because of Monash Information Week where they are giving us talks on the courses offered in Monash.

.. I was thinking about something today ..

I don't know why but my life is pretty much screwed up now. As for me, growing up as a eighteen years old girl is not easy. There are so many things coming my way, and i find it extremely hard to make decisions. I don't know whether yes or no is the answer. Many times, I say "YES" because i choose to please people but then i realize there are times i MUST say NO to things. Oh no..don't start judging me..i don't drink, i don't go for clubbing, i don't do extreme activities. But even though i don't carry out those activities, there are still other sets of things i find it difficult to refuse.

Have you ever wonder when you are sad .. you feel like you are the only one facing it? or maybe you feel like there is no one there for you? Have you heard this quote.. "The World Rejoices with You when You are happy but when you are sad you Cry Alone?" Although i am very sure that is not the way things are, but it's just what human tend to feel. At times we try so hard to make someone happy, by going all out to see a smile on that person face ... but in return you do not get the same treatment.

Human are created differently. All of us have our good points and our flaws. Some may be so good in their studies, but not good in socializing or vice versa. Some may be so rich but there are no sense of closeness between the family members.. that's why we really need God to help us overcome these problems we face in our everyday life.

I cannot imagine my life without God. I am so very happy that i overcome a negative feeling with God's help. I was able to apologize even though its not my fault. I finally realized that saying sorry isn't that bad. In fact, it makes this world a better place to live in. There are no answers for all the questions we ask. But there is such word as "sorry..". People say that these 3 words " I Love You " is very powerful .. I agree! but i also say that this small little word "SORRY" is also as powerful as that 3 words.

I've Learned So Much =)

i'm perfectly fine, and i'm determined to make this week an enjoyable week

Another Update

Heya everybody. Sorry for abandoning this blog. Well, there's not much time to update nowadays. Classes are fully pack everyday.. The GOOD news is this week my classes are one hour for each subject because Monash is having few talks about their courses for MUFY students. YIPEE!

The next day after the Piramid trip with my schoolmates, i went over to taylor alone to have breakfast with Manda, Phoebe & Ng at Subway. While we were eating Chong came over, and we also met Kim there! So it was catching up session. After phoebe and ng left, kim was telling us about her new semester hot lecturers and some annoying pest in her classes.

Then Convent School Carnival. It was one of the biggest event ever held in school. It was so nice to meet the girls again ... and teachers too. Well i only had rm20 coupon, but it was difficult to finish it maybe because i didn't go for the freaky flying fox which i thought was dangerous because of the way the made it, the pony rides because i don't want to rush with the kids, haha..and the ghost house because .... i don't like that kind of environment. I went to the library and helped Pn Nirmala to count coupon. Pn Nirmala, Tharsh and I were talking about bits here and there while couting the coupon. They are still the same! Mother and daughter sama attitude, sama lingo, same talent in sarcasm...semua sama hehe

That's pretty much a bit of what happened in my life.
..I can't put everything in words..
PMS-ing, that's why. haha girls are like that!

So i shall start off with the first post since i have time. I am currently sitting at Station One waiting for my car to fetch me home. haha yes i am not staying at hostel tonight. lovely isn't it.

Wen Yin just came to Sunway last week. She is doing A-level and she is staying at the condominium. So we met up last week for dinner and the next day i got everyone from taylors and sunway to come together to celebrate her birthday. I truly understand how she feels on the week being away from home.. So we did a small little surprise makan for her at Ichiban, Sunway Piramid. Last minute, we got her a small cute cake just enough for all of us to eat. It was a nice meet up session since i haven't seen them for a long Long time. We had our usual talk and chit chat. Gosh how i missed those days.. =) i hope she enjoyed herself ...

The last week of holiday was fun. Well fun doesn't always depend on going out. It can be spending time with people you love like your family, friends, and etc. I stayed and spent time with my godmom for few days. I learned a lot from her, and we had fun sharing with each other our thoughts. Tho of course i got scolding also lah..many times in fact. She baked muffins and pizza while i was there. It looked nice, it smelled great, it definitely tasted very delicious =) that's why i need to go for exercise now hehe

Since i was staying with her, i joined shu yi's cell group on friday while the adults had their own cell group. We discussed on topic of submission to authorities. It was nice to be able to discuss that issue that most of us find it very difficult to obey.

Since i was with shu yi, i suggest to my godmom to bring her along for prayer at 6.30am the next day. Hehe she tried her best to persuade godmom to let her go, too bad.. haha So finally, she came over to godmom's house and stayed there for a night. Shu Yi and I slept very late..there was so many things to talk about. The next day, we looked like zombie but thank God we managed to stay awake the whole prayer. It was great to see so many people coming together early in the morning to pray for people, to pray for our country and etc.

On Sunday, after children church practice. Ivonne, Yvonne (my two bestie), Jansen and I went for lunch together at a Hong Kong shop. Haha..they are one bunch of happy, joyful, and fun people to be with. Most important, they are honest and people whom i can depend on. I am so blessed to have them as my bestie in church, seriously. luv u guys

Today i went for my college registration. It was crazy and the whole place was in chaos. We had this long time table which we have to choose subjects and their timing to fit each other's schedule. So for this semester i'll be taking Maths B, Chemistry B, English B, Biology A and B with my beloved college friends, Synthia, Gency, Crystal and Raveena. My life in college is fun now...except for one! My classes are very early in the morning !! ARGH!!

I am going back to my hostel tomorrow. Yipee! time to be independent again..! see i am enjoying it..haha.. It's good to have friends that can drive, what more when i get comfortable behind the wheels, my parents will allow me to drive a car to college. HUHU!! SWEET~

Passed Driving Test

Remember i told you that i am going to sit for my driving test on tuesday?

Guess what ....

I PASSED !!

For some reason my driving instructor knew that my number is 9. So he picked me up at 10 something and we reached there at 11am. When i walked to the waiting area, all of them looked at me as if i was VERY LATE. So i sat on a chair and looked around. Then there was this guy in white came to me and said "hey kamu semua tolong duduk kat kerusi mengikut nombor". I was like ok.. so i searched for the front seat. But there was no space for number 9. So i sat at number two since no one is there. Then he came AGAIN, and said "Eh, kamu salah lagi.." I replied "Encik tolong tengok, tak ada tempat untuk saya". So everyone moved and finally i sat down, filled with embarrassment cause everyone was looking.

HILL

There was nine kancil at the starting point. So i was the last one but in the first group. I wasn't nervous, my heart wasn't beating fast. In fact i was whispering words of encouragement to myself, and i was praying. When i drove to the starting point, i saw the guy from the bukit. I felt sorry for him because he came out of his car. Seeing him made me nervous. My left leg at the clutch was shaking! haha i laughed because i couldn't stop my left leg from moving.So there was I at the top of the bukit. Before i know it, i passed my hill and screamed for joy in the kancil.

PARKING

I went to the parking area. It was great, i was able to park my kancil perfectly. But while i was doing that, suddenly the jpj guy called me out. I went like OH SHOOT?! what happened ..did i fail? But hey look at my tayar and everything. Is perfect. The guy told me "Tak payah risau, kami sedang cari kertas kamu". Then i was like OKKK.. OMG ! I was so scared k. My u-turn was easy and fast too. I headed straight to the starting point for Jalan.

JALAN RAYA

I had a very nice guy. We were talking the whole journey about life. Can u IMAGINE that.. When i reached the end, i knew i PASSED already!! HAHA i was so so so HAPPY.. Got my lulus paper and went straight to the office to wait for Mr leong.

OH YES! i am officially a legal driver on the road. I've been waiting for this day for so so so long! What's most important is i am going to put my license to GREAT USE! I am going to go places at anytime i want without depending on anyone! =) hehe ...

Parents Night. Pastor Calvin Last Day as Youth Pastor

Hey Everybody, like my new blogskin? I guess i was inspired by Amanda to change my blogskin too. I wanted to give my blog a new look since i have time now. When college starts, byebye to all the late night serving the net hobby.

My weekend was ok.. On saturday night my family and I went to church for Parents Night held by the youths of our church. It was great to see families coming together to celebrate this special occasion. Not forgetting the activities lined up were awesome too. I liked the part where many youths went up the stage to testify about their parents. Many of them teared and some even cried. As I was sitting there, tears just rolled down my cheeks when i see them cry. Parents were touched until they shed tears too. Lovely isn't it. You see there was a guy who was playing the keyboard while the youths were talking. Music can actually aggravate one's emotions. If you don't believe, try it. So i went up and asked him to stop playing the keyboard. Youths will always be cheeky. Thanks to them, they asked the keyboardist to play louder, eesh them. But i was determined to be strong! So i said a few words about my parents and while doing that, people in front of me was trying to make me cry. BUT noo.. i was STRONG.

After that event, we went out for mamak. I was given the chance to drive to the mamak stall. Shuush my driving test is next tuesday.. It was really a great experience especially when i had two loud people, my sister and Elaine shouting at my ears to stop and keep to my lane fui~ Anyway, we arrived safely and got home safe and sound too.

On Sunday, we went to church. It was Pastor Calvin's last day as a youth's pastor. He is moving to another ministry that has something to do with counselling since he is taking his master in counselling now. He preached for the last time as a youth pastor to encourage us to move greater heights in our spiritual lives as well as our youth group. After that, we had a chance to be prayed by him and also to pray for him. It's great seeing all the youths coming together to pray for this faithful servant of God that has trained us to be who we are today.

In the afternoon after a practice in church, i went over to pas calvin's house for lunch. We had singapore laksa and i really enjoyed it because it wasn't that spicy..After all the makan, we sat in a front of a tv to watch a horror movie "MIRROR" OH my GOODNESS! in my whole life, i have never watched a horror movie as scary as that. The whole time i was using a pillow to cover my face whenever i sense that the next part will be yucky. Yucky means full of blood and demons. EWWW...!!

Driving test is on TUESDAY! Oh i really need a lot of calmness and confidence. LORD, i need you to help me!! =) cheers to all of you. Have a great week !

Let's see what i can update

On Thursday, i went to alamanda with JunLi. It was seriously a last minute thing. I smsed and asked her what was she doing, so i tagged along. She wanted to collect tickets for her dad & sis to watch transformer 2 tonight. As for me i wanted BR ice-cream.

We went there and argued so much in the car. After collecting the tickets, we went for shoe shopping. It was junli's plan. She claimed that she got not enough shoes, ya rite.. she got a very pretty white heels at her own expense. I just said it's nice and supported her to buy it. don't simply blame people! eesh u ..

we went for grocery's shopping and was amazed she don't even know what margarine her mom usually buy. Pampered kid! hehe .. anyway, after that we got our BR and we each got for our self a nail polish.

she gave me few lollipops which her aunt bought from US.

she was FASCINATED with the way i ate it, i think. hehe! =)

After so many months we still talk the same lingo. JunLi will always be junli. sigh!

Anyway, today i went for my malaysian studies final exam. The room was so so cold. The duration for that exam was 1 and half hours but all of us managed to finish it in err..45minutes? After that, i went with gency to Piramid to watch Hannah Montana. Don't laugh..it was a nice movie. I loved the story line and the songs of course. Sis picked me up and i rushed home to take a nap for only 15 minutes ~swt~ Got up and went for my driving lesson. Same routine again, i just can't wait to get over it.

i am really tired now. looking forward for 2moro's event. i heard something nice is coming up. let's wait and see.. yawn!

Hi people. I can't believe the whole day i was in front of the laptop. I woke up very early in the morning to go for my driving lesson. Argh! and Mr Leong talks too much...! but thank God today a guy replaced my seat and i am very sure he suffered the whole trip, pitiful guy. So as usual i did the same routine going up bukit, parking, u-turn, & jalan. I find it very boring, seriously. Next Tuesday is my test. I can't wait.., seriously! it's high time for me to get my P. When that card reaches my hand, i'll definitely soar like an eagle to the places i want without depending on anyone.

I came back, and took my nap. Got up, had my lunch and on the laptop. I copied all my files to memory cards and cds because i wanted to reformat my laptop. That took up quite a lot of time. Then came the annoying part. I called Dell Service Centre. First they asked for the service tag no, so i pressed the key, and bla bla bla.. Then they put me on hold! FOR SO SO SO LONG! then i hang up, called again! Same thing happened. Called again, SAAMEE THING HAPPENED! I got really annoyed man, i gave up. Then i tried again after 4pm, after peak hour. FINAALLY i got through. When that lady picked up the phone, i went like OMG OMG OMG! i am so happy i finally get to speak to someone. Do u know how long i've been waiting?? ............... i should have scolded that lady right, regretted! So my laptop is completely healed now!

At night, as i was serving the net .... a pop up message from MSN "Charlene! you can check your mufy result from the Internet already!" it was supposed to be Thursday, 5pm. Suddenly adrenaline just rushed through my blood and veins. I got so panicked and scared. I ran and search for the piece of paper they gave us before the exam. Typed my user name and password... my face was pale ok.. then a mssg came out "wrong user name and password". I went like WHAT??! oh NOO! you don't want to play with me at time like this!! i retype, and type and type..the same thing came popping out! I prayed and asked God to give me the right password. After a few trial, finally i got through...

I looked at each subject one by one.. ONE BY ONE.

then i whispered a prayer to God

"Thank you so much God, i couldn't have done it without you"

I recalled the time when i first started college. Adapting to the new environment wasn't easy, what more heavy loads of assignments & rushing to finish syllabus. Honestly, to the people out there who is going to college. If you can't take the stress, better not go for march intake.

What a busy weekend! I can't believe i actually survived. Every event was simply fun & tiring, haha.. Well i am not going to update about everything, but a bit here and there.

So let's start off with sunday.
We went to church for father's day celebration. The youths were in charge of the presentation that sunday. They used torch light to shine on the presenters behind a white cloth. The presenters were doing actions behind it. After that, they sang a song using "I will follow you" tune. I loved the t-shirt all of them wore. Red & White really blend well. Great job guys. After church, i went out lunch with my dad, mom, celeste, and godparents. We went to "Aunty Lan's shop" at sungai chua. The place was so packed with people until we had to wait for a table. I was starving to death..my stomach was growling..and still no table to seat! Finally after a few minutes we got a place to seat. So after ordering, back to chit chatting again. After lunch, came home and took a nap. Woke up edited my malaysian studies assignment powerpoint, and got ready to attend a dinner.

My cousin which i haven't seen in years by the name of Junie celebrated her 21st Birthday among the Low's family yesterday. She is currently studying in UK and she is having her summer break now. The food was delicious, and we had karaoke session.

She had a small cute cake because she had a bigger one in her other birthday celebration

By the time i went home. I was dead tired .. I took my bath and went straight to sleep. Next morning, Ryan fetched me to college to attend malaysian studies class. After the break, it was my team turn to present our assignment and i was the presenter. I practically went up and there and crap .. crap .. crap .. =) it was quite easy to do that, hehe ! it wasn't difficult, but definitely interesting.

These are a few things that have been happening in my life. Ever since i started college, the urge to blog is no longer there. Maybe because college life is interesting and i am discovering new things day by day. Adjusting to the new environment wasn't easy but i am glad i have overcome that period. My new semester is starting in 2 weeks time, one side of me is very lazy but the other side of me is excited that classes are starting .. =) cheers to college !

Hiya people.

I am so sorry for not blogging even though it's holiday now.
I've been enjoying so much until i don't have the urge to update u guys abt my life
but i promise I'll be back.

Nothing much happened

except on Saturday, my family and I went to midvalley to catch a movie "Terminator Salvation". I did not actually hate the movie but i dislike it
Maybe girls are born not to like machines, and guns and etc .. etc..

on sunday, as usual I went to church
helped out at children church
went our lunch with family, godmom, uncle, A.Lucy & uncle Raymond (Singapore)
It was great to be able to fellowship and filling our stomach with delicious foods

on monday, I went for my pathetic malaysian studies
it was "super the boring"..
until now i find it hard to understand what is my assignment all about
all of us are clueless
but we are determined to do well for assignment so that we can at least relax for the final exam for our malaysian studies

~had lunch with a bunch of friends from college at SUBWAY, Sunway Piramid~

as for tuesday, as usual i went for my malaysian studies
took a train home because Ryan went to Sunway Lagoon & i didn't want to go
THE TRAIN WAS PACKED LIKE CRAZY
i didn't like the environment of the whole journey
indeed all of us are made differently
and we have to accept people as they are

Came home,took a nap.. Then at night, went over to kai ma's house with my mom. We went for "pasar malam" food hunting. For the first time, i actually ate food from pasar malam. Parents used to say that pasar malam foods are not clean.. There's a famous pineapple rice shop at Sg Long pasar malam and "tao fu fah & tong yun" stall as well. My mom and kai ma almost bought the whole pasar malam i tell you. Well i became the good girl by holding their plastic of foods! By the time we reached my kai ma's house all of us were sweating. The whole pasar malam was packed with people. What's with me & so many people these few days!!

I am going on a road trip with my family these few days =)
i can't wait .. time to enjoy, eat, play, take pictures ...

A long one ahead ... =) enjoy reading..

Part 1

On Wednesday my KaiMa brought me to Lumut (her hometown) for a function. We left the house at 11am and made our way there. It took us 3 and a half hour. In the car, of course we slept and chit chat the whole journey. Talking to both of them made me laugh, sleep, laugh, sleep until we reach.. When we reached our destination they showed me the schools where they studied. There is this school called St Francis school, and opposite is a Convent's School. All boys and all girls school.. what am i thinking? hmm.. HighSchool and Convent Kajang, haha!

When we reached, we went straight to hawker stall nearby. They sell the famous "CondoMee". It's Uncle's favourite..

i was so so full after the lunch. but then was forced to try the famous "cendol" in setiawan. Uncle's favourite again.. haha .. Lingam drove us all the way there just to eat the cendol. Kai Ma didn't eat because she was too full. As for me, i main bantai I ate everything down my throat! By the time i finish everything, i could barely walk. I dragged myself to the car because my stomach was threatening to explode if I increase my walking speed. No doubt, it was really really really good. A nice desert to cool down our body system on a hot, sunny afternoon.

The cendol man served the Sultan of Perak .. he MUST wear a bow tie. It's his trademark. Next time when u so happen to drop by at setiawan, look for a guy with a bow tie.

Next we went to my godmom sister's place. I was trying my best to talk to them in hokkien & mandarin, but eventually failed badly. Embarrassing.. Thank God they know how to speak english! Haha they are one bunch of happy people .. always full of smiles, laughter and jokes. What's the amazing part is all my godmom's sisters look alike!! At first it was extremely difficult to recognized who is who. haha After a few hours only i got the hang of it.

FReEDOm !!!!

Holla with a smile babeh! haha yeah i am done with my first final semester! After all the sleepless nights, rushing for classes, going to the library, eating at the cafeteria, stayed at the hostel and bla bla bla, FINALLY it's Holiday! Aren't u guys happy for me?? =) As i've promised long long time ago to update my blog with more productive posts, here i am to fulfill what i've promised. Long post ahead, read at ur own risk!

Ok let's start.. After chemistry exam, i could see beaming smiles on all my friend's faces. Well if i had a mirror, i could see that from my face also, haha. So we took a few pictures before making our way to Piramid for a fun time. Our lovely, always smiling friend, Gan drove us there. She looked very pro behind the wheels, oh how i envy her!

Rosh, Raveena and I met Crystal there and headed straight to the cinema to get our tickets "A Night in A Museum 2". Well we wanted something really funny & hilarious after all the pain, struggles, & sufferings we went through during the exam (a bit too drama?, haha i know) After that we had our lunch at a japanese shop. (suggested by crystal). I hated the food there, but the rest enjoyed it. Maybe because i ordered rice with chicken, and it was so so dry! So while waiting for the food, we decided to take a few pictures because it was the last day Rosh is hanging out with us as she is leaving for JPA.

After lunch, we went for shopping. to all the ladies out there, sales are on! 50%, 70% signboards are all out ! While walking we saw this ..........

then it was time for movie! ... one drama thing happened. When we saw the ticket, it was written there that our movie was supposed to be 1.30pm but we requested for 2.30pm movie! Of course we went straight to the guy responsible for it. He first denied and refused to give us another tickets. We said that it was his fault because crystal and rosh clearly remembered that they emphasized on 2.30pm show. He asked us to wait, and went off to somewhere. After like err..10minutes he came back & said ok we can go in, and he had informed the guy at the ticket counter.

The movie is HILARIOUS. It really made our day. It was so funny..!! I loved the part where the 3 angels sang titanic song. I almost dropped off from my seat! Haha i wish to continue to tell you guys which part i find it funny but i won't spoil ur fun aite! After the movie, visiting the toilet is a MUST. We camwhore at the toilet, dun laugh u guys do it too!

AFTER ALL OF THAT ! Guess what i did ..! hehe
I chose to pamper myself by going to A Cut Above to get a new haircut. I couldn't stand my bushy, thick with no shape hair! Aww.. the feeling was great especially when that person washed my hair, I could feel as though my facts that i studied for the past few weeks just evaporated out of my brain. It was cool..it was relaxing...it was pretty fun !

I said "anything" and before i know it, she chopped my hair!

Overall, it was a day filled with so much fun and laughter. I am so blessed with friends in college like them.

Dear Rosh, it was GREAT knowing u, seriously. You are the one who pressured me to study like ALL THE TIME! I wish u all the best with ur JPA thingy. I am sure u will be a very successful pharmacist in the future. Eh, if i ever i need medicine, don't u dare ask me for money!

Crystal, U BETTER BORROW me the books or i'll murder u when i see u, hehe. Remember to prepare a nice bed for me !

Raveena, i don't know whether u will read this. BUT see u during msian studies. Be good and enjoy urself at home!

Hi People, i'm back home. I stayed at the hostel until Saturday. On fri night i was looking outside my window thinking about the students who are already back home and i was still stuck in my college. That's because i had trial maths exam today. It was the toughest paper i ever sat since MUFY started. I hope for the best. After that, for the first time i took taxi, and then train back home. It was very tiring cause i had to carry my big luggage with me, plus i wasn't sure of the route. Thank God, HERE I AM. In my comfy room, enjoying the cool air from the aircond, and my serving the net on my laptop.

Final Semester Exam on 25th, 28th & 29th May.

Next week will be a whole week of preparation.

Hi World !

=) yeah i know i have not been blogging for quite some time.
You can't blame me cause I'm having my final sem in err.. 1 week+ time?
I'm very happy that I'm ending this stressful sem soon but at the same time I'm getting so tired of studying. College is never like school where i can skip class whenever i feel like doing so. MUFY emphasized so much on 80% attendance and bla bla bla..can u tell me why did i choose Mufy again? haha

but besides all the studying, i actually find college quite fun.
Haha are u reading something more positive today comparatively to the first week of college?
Last time when i was in convent, metro kajang & metro point used to be my hang out area, but now it's sunway piramid. I can get anything I want there! =)
Tong shen used to be my makan area, now is Orange or Medan Selera.
I spend most of my time in Subang, so much so when i go back kajang
i feel like i don't know where to go to eat in kajang, where to get my groceries and etc.. of course minus out "which church to go", haha.
Let's just say i haven't been to kajang town for one heck of a long time (err..2 months).. yes just accept that it's long! hee~

We had a wonderful mother' day celebration last Sunday.
Celeste, Caleb and I bought for mom a beautiful present that my mom loved.
Parents decided to bring both Amah's together for dinner at Fortuna Restaurant on saturday night. My aunt, mark and his sister were there too. No doubt we had a satisfying dinner and chat that day. We laughed, and joke and *coughpraisedsomeone*cough*forhiscgparesult*cough*, haha.

What some more can I crap?? Oh yeah my holiday starts on 29th June!
time to relax, chill and meet up with convent's friends!
can't wait.. must start planning...

I HAD AN AWESOME TIME AT CAMP! =)

The games were good, the people there were fun, the speaker (Pas Teo) was so so so anointed, and most importantly, GOD presence was so real in that place.

All of us are recharged to do the things of God! Amen!

May all of you also live a life there is pleasing to God, knowing that he is always there for you when you need him. He will never fail you that's for sure. Oh We love you Lord!

Hola! =)

Yes! it's HOLIDAY !! Yesterday night instead of coming back home, i went to my godmom's house at PJ to stay with her. We went dinner at Fish Manhattan, Sunway Piramid. After getting our J.Cole Doughnat we headed back to her house. Did some photobucket stuff at the computer, took our bath and lied on the bed. It was really nice to talk to her about lots of stuff, and issues in my life. I was glad to hear her stories, and to listen to her reasoning's. I came back today, rested my eyes, and went to Jusco with Lilian & Ferlynne.

We had a marvellous time!! I haven't been laughing that much for a long long time. So first, we went and took a long time deciding where to eat. Of all places Lilian wanted to go to Pizza Hut -.-" real swt right.. After much argument, we finally decided to go to Ichiban to eat. I had beef don & the egg thingy and Lilian had her fish set. After that, we went to hunt for Lilian's Cd Cover. So while walking .... we saw something that caught our attention. nyek nyek time for arcade!!! We bought 2 tokens, and Lilian managed to go for the racing car while i got irritated with the spoiled driving machine. Fyi, i still have 1 token with me! eesh .. wasted rm1.

Lilian lost by the way, haha. That we proceeded to the cinema to watch a HORROR movie "The Uninvited". I recommend all of u to watch it. It's not that scary & it was interesting. Lilian was such a chicken. I thought i was the one who is very scared of horror movie but Lilian was worst! You know when the part where u know something is going to happen, u sure close ur eyes right..before i close half of my eyes, i check on Lilian first! haha "thinking that she will be brave enough to watch the whole scene".. pulak she closed her eyes already. At one point, she hold ferlynne hands.. But overall, it was a nice movie. and no ... it won't be the movie that will not allow u to sleep at night.

After the movie, my parents picked us up and we headed home. I came back, printed some stuff for godmom, and she came over to take it. I wonder when will i see her again .. I haven't seen her for 1yr plus. I had dinner with my family at the bak kut teh restaurant.

I'm back with a bit of updates. I am back home after staying at the hostel for 4 days, 3 nights. Actually I went back on Monday, because I forgot to bring a few stuff over I had to go back to collect them. Thank you Yoong and Nicki for providing me with transport. The whole week was just like any other week which I had a chemistry topic teston Wednesday which was horrendous (because there was not enough time, and it all was about calculation), and also English expository essay assessment today. Overall, it was a hectic week. The only thing interesting about this week is I went ice skating with Manda, Phoebe, Kimmeh & a new girl i met by the name of Shimi at piramid.

I was trying our best to skate while the rest skate without holding the side. =) Well, i learned a bit but still afraid to go further away from the side. I had fun at the same time i was frustrated because I couldn't skate like everyone else. Kimmeh and I were in the same boat, well at least i had a partner, hehe since that phoebe, manda, and shimi know how to skate! I don't remember when was the last time I skate, err.. 2yrs ago? and i envy those who can really skate. Not only that, we saw little, very cute girls dressed up in their ballet costume & skating shoes, skating around like pros! After my feet got hurt and the ice ring became watery, i decided to stop before i land myself on the floor, and get my ass wet. I had dinner with We Nni because I had to go back early at a Japanese shop and headed back to the hostel. It was a tiring day. What some more u guys want to know ..

Err.................. enough said already lah. nothing interesting happen also. I'm dead tired and i'm LOOKING FORWARD to zonal church camp on labour's day! I really need a break, and i deserve some fun. That reminds me, shuts! my finals is haunting me now ... exactly one month from now.

Oh last week was Easter March. Indeed it was a great event to tell the whole of . You can view the pictures from my facebookKajang that Jesus is Alive. and in him we have the hope for tomorrow, in him we know that there's security, with his unfailing love he died on the cross for u and me in order for our sins to be forgiven. 1000+ people joined this march, and we thank God a good weather.

On sunday after church I met up with JunLi, and Tharshini something..something.. at a Carnival at Yu Hua. Everything went well at the beginning except it was very very very hot, and i was perspiring non-stop. I saw Abby, Suk Ann and Alex at a laksa stall. After few hours of walking, OUT OF A SUDDEN, heavy DOWNFALL !! it was so bad with strong wind and before we know the place was flooded. Sadly, i also don't know how but i landed myself at junli and tharsh's stall and GOT DRENCHED WET because the spot we were was the position where the wind was blowing. One gust of wind blew all of the products down on the wet floor and pitiful tharsh and jun had to pick them up. It was a CRAZY experience. I thought i was going to die because the truth is last time i was very scared of rain & on that day the whole place was crowded with so many people !!

COLLEGE & BBQ

Hi ! I am still ALIVE & i do have my life. Haha ok i know i'm crazy.
Life has been pretty hectic these few months & i'm looking forward to my sem break in June. I stayed 4 nights in my hostel and now when i come to think about it, it wasn't that bad. Of course at time, I sit and stare at the wall, thinking how nice that the kajang-rians are resting in their comfy homes. I am adapting, at the same time learning to be independent. Oh! F.Y.I I did my own morning breakfast everyday and not forgetting my oh-so-nice-n-delicious half boil egg! But topic test is something I cannot avoid which I just sat for my Maths Topic Test 2 today. and on Wed, i'm sitting for my Chem Topic Test 2. Now besides God, my life revolves mostly on my studies. Looking at the brighter side when i am in hostel, i study more. There's entertainment, but with my self control and God's strength i am able to resist all of it and concentrate on what is more important which is my studies.

Rosh has a brilliant brain, and a very indepedent girl who comes all the way from Melaka. I pray that she will get the JPA scholarship for she deserves it.

Raveena on the other hand is a very soft & nice girl. At times I do pity her because she never leave her parents before and she coming to sunway has brought a drastic change to her life.

This is me on one of the nights, taking a break from my books to do something .. err something besides studying! hehe

Hostel Life & Dad's Birthday

Hi you guys, I am back home. I intended to shift in last week, but postponed it until yesterday. So my first night there was one good experience and that made me miss all the facilities i have at home, especially the aircond. Not forgetting, my mom home cook food! Sadly, I had a rough week because i am sick. I am down with viral infection consist of flu and sore throat. I also had my English presentation on "Euthanasia". I looked like an aunty on that day because i wore very formal attire with heels. Overall, i got good comments from my fellow classmates, so i'm hoping for the best. I have really good friends in college such as Roshwini, Crystal, Raveena, Sufiz, Ryan, Vivian, Edmund, and many others!

As for my roommates and housemates, they are very nice people. I am so blessed to have them. They exposed me to hostel life, like going out for dinner, like where should i get my groceries and etc. One bunch of happy, outgoing and studious at the same time, and talkative people.

Today dad and mom picked me up from college because i couldn't take it any longer as i am sick and i seriously can't concentrate on what the lecturers are saying. I have to come home, take a good rest, and start studying what i missed out for this week. Even though i was in class, but my concentration wasn't there.

Before I came home, we stopped by at Sunway Piramid. We had our dinner at one Japanese restaurant, and after that I met Phoebe, Manda, Kimmeh, & Chong. It was so nice to see them again .. Sorry i couldn't hang out with u guys, i was too sick. Hopefully next time, we'll be able to spend more time together at piramid. Next plan is to go for ice skating!

Dad was happy.. and i was shock to see that there are more people celebrating my dad's birthday than my birthday!

MUFY GAMES

Today we had Mufy Games at College. It was so so nice to have a one day break from studies. Last minute, I signed up for netball. So the only team available was a team that consists of players that do not know how to play netball -.-" I was freaking out and was hoping that I can pull out. Miss Jeniffer (my English's lecturer) said if i want to pull out, I can. But of course if i pull out, the team members will feel "something" right..So i stayed. While watching others play, I met this girl. Her name is Amelia. And guess what she is a MSSD, and MSSS representative for Netball. HALLELUJAH! FINALLY someone in the team that knows how to play netball.

Even though we had her, still it wasn't good enough. I was the centre and i was running like a mad person because the rest was too afraid of the ball. My only hope was Amelia, but i cannot be passing the ball to her all the time. When i pass to the other girl, DUSH the ball after a few second will be nowhere to be seen. Of course we LOST. But I had fun ... =) the international students were good, but rough at the same time. They had the cheek to laugh at our players. Sigh!

After that I went for lunch with Yhoon Jhean at Sunway Piramid. We took a cab there because we didn't know how to get there by walking. Stopped by at Sushi King, and had our lunch. Walked around and see clothes, we were so tempted to buy dresses. BUDGET, rmber the budget! After that, we made our way back by walking. We wanted to explore where is the shortest route to Sunway Piramid since Piramid is going to be our second home in Sunway. ~wink~ If anyone of u are free, come VISIT me. Because i'm staying there next monday, SIGGGHHH..

Sorry for the very stressful post before this..Since i have one hour before i go back to my books again, i leave u with 3 pictures from my mom's birthday on 28th March 09. We had a nice and wonderful dinner at Fortuna Restaurant on Satuday, just us the family. I asked her whether she wants me to call her friends, she said NO.. i want to celebrate with my family. Then i said "how about ur friends that is there for u most of the time" and she answered "No need..I got ur dad".. Aww.. I'm sure my dad was flattered to hear that! hehe =)

I know i have not been updating my blog. At times I just feel like closing my blog because there is no time for anything now except for God & college & church. I am currently doing MUFY at Sunway College.

The orientations like I said in my last post was terrible. It was so boring that I could fall asleep. Not forgetting on the first day, I sat alone because everyone had friends from their own school. Sadly, sunway has no Convent Girl except for Yoon Jhen who had her orientation few days after mine. Even that, I barely see her in college.

I have a group of nice friends at Sunway. They are nice people, but i still miss my old friends back in Convent. I find it very hard to adapt to college because first your lecturers are like not urfriends. To ask help from them, i need to go to the staffroom and call their extension number! but i cannot deny that they are really good good teachers. I see a potential that my teachers are really fun people and i am sure in a few more weeks i'll be able to adapt myself well. Secondly, everyone in college look so matured! Sunway has also many international students. Last time, when i walk around, most of the people I see are in Pinafore but in college all come in different attire until sometimes i frat what to wear to college.

Honestly, i dislike going to college. It's very stressful cause i am taking an accelerated programme and my semester final is on MAY 28th.

Kai Ma's Birthday

Hi people, I am not very keen of blogging anymore. But if I don't update, I'll feel bad, it's like a very bad SIN. haha .. well, i am officially in college now, and i attended two orientations. Sigh, i don't want to talk about that.

Anyway, on 18th March 09 we had a surprise birthday party for my godmom. I planned this 2 weeks before the actual date of her birthday. If you want to know, her birthday is on 17th March but she wasn't around, so we couldn't do anything. Actually the initial plan was to go to midvalley and meet up with hwei cheng to get all the stuff ready. But in the morning of the birthday surprise i got a sms from her saying that her boss is sending her to melaka at night. I was like what?!! how am i going to get all the things ready by then if i cannot drive ?! but thank God everything went on smoothly, and after praying God actually made her stay to join us. Special Thanks to Shaun & Sis for bringing me around to get all the things for the surprise! =)

It was a great time of fellowship & laughter! Well, i pray that my Godmom will have many years ahead of her. and May God blessed her richly as she has been a blessing to all of us =). Hello world ..

I am glad to be back to reality. In a way I'm happy that school life is officially over for me? Of course memories do stay dear in my heart. Life moves on, and time waits for no men. It's time for me to look what is ahead, and pursue what God wants in my life. May his will be done. Although this big word "WHY" is lingering in my mind, but i know and i have faith that he will answer me. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow but someday when the time is right, he will answer me.

As for today, I went and did something that will change my life from today onwards. Mom, Celeste and I went to college to register. So i am enrolled in a college now, waiting for orientation to start this coming Thursday. Not only that, you know what is the best part? I have an english & maths tests on friday. GOSH..! what is left to do is to flip back at my books and start refreshing my mind on additional mathematics. of all subject..

Yes. i have to start from scratch.

Today I went out with Edna & Lilian to Midvalley. It was a last minute plan =) I want to make the waiting period faster (if u know what I mean).. All the best to all of you. I'm going to make full use of my time tomorrow! We reached there at 1.10pm and rushed to the cinema to get our pre-booked ticket. Grab some lunch at McD, and sneak mcd food inside the theater, hehe do follow our divine example!

We watched Street fighter, and the movie was ok. It wasn't that bad, rating hmm.. 8/10? They have beautiful actresses but not actors, how sad.. After the movie, we went for SHOPPING. We got some stuff we liked, and headed back home.

Overall, it was an enjoyable outing. It was great to finally meet Edna after so long .. Thanks to the rest who claim that the reason they can't go it's because they are tired, lame excuse. hmph!

Yesterday was last day of work. How sad =( but another side of me is jumping for joy because cash is coming in very soon. Well, i'm excited because i've never earned money in my whole life, of course i did sell stuff in school but this is totally different. I have full control over the money i've earned. yippee!! There is so many things to buy .. and i think i am going to go "po-kai" very soon, haha ..

and no .. dont come up with ideas of asking me to treat u guys. i only treat people who are worthy to be treated.. =) it's hard earned money k. while people sleep and have their galla time at home, i'm working!

So this week Lilian, Ferlynne and I worked at UKM. We had to be there by 7something to set up everything, so can you imagine what time I have to get up! Even though on tuesday I was sick, with running nose & very bad sore throat i still went to work. I also insisted i must go to work the next day because i was seriously thinking about the money! haha ..

I've learned a lot. I think the prime word i learnt is to be "HUMBLE". We do have people when we said politely "Sir/Miss would you like to try coffee with nestle coffee-mate?" they just walk off, and pretend they didn't see you! For others, they are very appreciative, for example the working ladies in the office. They thanked us, and also praised us at the same time. Another thing i learned is, EVERYONE LOVES FrEE Stuff! haha .. When you say it's free, people will grab it. We had to give out mystery gifts on the last day, and when we said it's free, you can see the joy & smile the people had on their faces. Faces like people who won 4D or lottery!

Working with my two close friends was also FUN! Haha .. Even though at times you just feel like smacking them! and pour the whole jar of hot coffee on them..hehe yeah so can you imagine how irritating & annoying they were. but honestly it was such a memorable working experience with them! luvies u two!

Hey!

Just a few things I need to pour out from what is within me =) Firstly, I am so relieved that i don't have visitors as much i used to have in the past. Secondly, I've learned a lot these few days, past few weeks, past few months in fact. Well, it all started when I was in Australia. There are things that I'm battling with inside, and I'm trying to overcome it.

Since after SPM, i've been thinking of what College am I going to & what am i going to do. It wasn't an easy thing to decide. I had to visit all the colleges websites & hear from people who had experience it. So yes after much thinking, discussion with parents, seeking God & many more, FINALLY I've decided where i am going & what am I going to take .. Everything looks good now, but I'm still afraid if I don't make it. I don't want to waste my parent's money, that's for sure. And guess what, so far no one is taking the same course as I am going to take. I have to start all from scratch, meeting new friends, adapting to the new environment, living in a room that has no aircond, & last but not least i have to be independent. Besides that, I have to be self-controlled, reminding myself the root i came from considering the fact the people around me are the main temptations. Decision has been made. I am going to register next week .. no turning back =)

I am going to Singapore this Friday after Sport's Day, to meet up my relatives & go to Johor for a wedding. Then after that, on 2nd march for the whole week i'm working at UKM. Moving on, i'll wait for my result because it's coming out beginning March after 8th Mac. God bless us! I dislike taking result, it's too scary! After getting my result, I'll step into college. Another new journey for a year, and hopefully this next chapter will be a memorable one.

All I have to do now is
"Commit everything to the Lord, and I'm very sure he will be beside me guiding me through this next phase of my life" Amen !
